Live in This Unnattractive Box in Clinton Hill From $2,500

New, 5 comments

If right angles and all drab everything sound like an appealing descriptor for your next abode, consider an apartment in 96 Steuben Street, the newest addition to the Clinton Hill rental scene. The building offers-up 35 studios, one-, and two bedrooms (h/t 'Stoner). Studios start at the not-insignificant figure of $2,500, one-bedrooms at $2,550, and two-bedrooms at $3,100. While prices are, well, pricey, at least they afford renters the luxury of a shared roof deck and courtyard, and Quartz countertops and washers and dryers in the apartments. The building also has underground parking, which is accessible with an additional fee.

Michael Maidan is the project's developer and Studio C Architecture designed the new building.
