Turns out if you're willing to live through some sufferable proximate construction, you can nab relatively cheap places in neighborhoods where asks will likely soar in a few years, like those near Hudson Yards and along Second Avenue. "The construction is temporary. It's not like living above a bar where you know the noise is going to be forever," Dominic Coluccio, who lives near the One Vandam construction site, told the Times.
