Summary
Thrilling stuff this weekend. The Hunters are a young couple looking to buy their first apartment. They decided to focus on Midtown West, just south of Columbus Circle. They began venturing north and found themselves drawn to the Upper West Side and were impressed by how many "different personalities" they found in the neighborhood. Eventually, they discovered a renovated one-bedroom sponsor unit in the Nevada Towers on West 70th and bought the place for $610,000.
