NIMBYs?

Forest Hills' 112th Precinct is planning a town hall meeting to address neighbors' issues in the wake of this summer's concert series at Forest Hills Stadium. The precinct received ten (that's right, ten!) noise complaints related to the six concerts held from June to September, with only one arrest stemming from an outstanding warrant; in other words, this was probably the least confrontational summer concert series in New York City history. Nevertheless, the meeting will probably be held in the spring, before next year's season. Guess the good people of Forest Hills aren't big fans of The 'Mats. [DNAinfo]
