When the changes for 9-19 Ninth Avenue, previously home to Keith McNally's bistro Pastis, went before the Landmarks Preservation Commission, it was unknown what would occupy the space, but the Journal now reports that it will be the new home of Restoration Furniture, a high-end home decor retailer. The company has reportedly signed a 15-year, $250 million lease for the whole building. It's still unclear if Pastis will relocate and reopen. [WSJ; previously]
