Big Reveal: $825,000 For a Sunny, Renovated Flatiron Studio

New, 10 comments

Yesterday we wanted to know how much you thought a fully-renovated studio in Flatiron was asking. The correct answer? $825,000, and commenter OzMerry hit it right on the head. The apartment can be found in the rather large co-op building at 21 East 22nd Street. With all of the hubbub over the Flatiron District currently ranking as the city's most expensive neighborhood (for renters), some guesses erred to the high side, but most commenters weren't to be fooled.
