The row house building goes by the somewhat futuristic name R-951, which is appropriate in that its one of the first buildings in the city that could be Net Zero capable, allowing owners to live without external power sources. Instead, power and utilities comes from the buildings rooftop sun panels, rainwater harvesting system, and extreme insulation measures. The self-sustaining building is developed by Further, Inc. and designed by Castrucci.
