The biggest ferris wheel in the world, slated for Staten Island's northern shore near the ferry terminal, will now also include a 4-D ride that'll introduce visitors to New York City history via a virtual tour on a fake subway car through a made-up tunnel underneath the harbor. More important, for construction watch purposes, a camera is getting installed on an off-shore lighthouse, which will chronicle work on the site when it starts next year.
