The in-construction 16-story building rising at 1110 Park Avenue hasn't shied away from its identity as a bastion for Rich Guys and Gals in the past, and the newly-unveiled floorplan for the building's ginormous four-story penthouse doesn't either. The 7,000-square-foot home that the Journal says will ask $44 million when it hits the market imminently has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and walk-in closets large enough to lounge in. The apartment will also have command of the building's whole rooftop, where there will be a private pool and fireplace.
The nine-unit limestone building is being developed by Toll Brother and is expected to be complete in 2015. Six of its nine units are already on the market, asking from about $15 million.
