Mayor de Blasio and family's "oasis in Park Slope" has rented. The 100-year-old brick-and-clapboard house on 11th Street between Sixth and Seventh avenues was on the market for all of 12 days before being rented by the first couple who toured the place, says WSJ. The high-profile home is renting for $4,975 per month to an area couple who says they really just wanted more space and a garden. Here's what they also get: three bedrooms with one third-floor bathroom, a few new kitchen appliances, refinished floors, and the distinct pleasure of knowing that every crummy thing they put on the curb will be briskly snatched up.
