Alfa's 14th Street Development Village Green West Tops Out

New, 1 comment

UPDATE: A former headline for this story claimed the site was formerly stalled, and that the building was close to topping out. A representative informs us that Village Green West was not stalled and has topped out. Curbed regrets the error.

YIMBY checked in with Alfa Development's Village Green West nearly a year to the day the downtown building launched sales, and it appears to have sprouted in recent months. The development at 245 West 14th Street has soared since commencing construction in late winter, and has nearly just topped out. When complete, the Kutnicki Bernstein Architects-designed building will rise 12 stories and contain 27 apartments. It will be complete in August 2015.
