Yesterday, officials dug up a time capsule that had been buried outside the former NYC Transit headquarters in Downtown Brooklyn in 1950 and opened it to find... some mush and an old nickel. Transit President Carmen Bianco expressed disappointment, saying that she "wish[ed] it was a little more watertight."
