Given the insane popularity of the High Line, it's hard to imagine that there are New Yorkers who have never visited, let alone the mayor of the city, but Mayor Bill de Blasio has never stepped foot on the elevated parka stark contrast from his predecessor who donated millions of his own money to it. De Blasio says he's "a fan" of the park and "looks forward" to visiting, but is he avoiding it on purpose?
