Chelsea Clinton, husband Marc Mezvinsky, and new baby Charlotte will finally have an upstairs neighbor: The Whitman's penthouse has finally sold for $22 million. The palatial apartment in the four-unit building facing Madison Square Park debuted on the market last August, asking $25 million. Besides four bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, the duplex also has more than 3,000 square feet of outdoor space, which includes a terrace, a croquet pitch, a roof deck,, and a putting green. Needless to say, the place is totally insane. The two other units are occupied by NASCAR's Jeff Gordon and hedge funder John Silvetz. A veritable magnet for bold-faced names. So who's the mystery buyer at the top? UPDATE: It just might be Jennifer Lopez. Jenny from Madison Square Park it is.
