The gush of stuffy uptown apartments onto the market doesn't seem like it will slow up any time soon. Case in point: another Fifth Avenue apartment dressed in silks and some extremely ornate wallpaper has appeared, asking $16.5 million. In all fairness, the home is really lovely. It has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a wood-paneled library and some really nice Central Park and Fifth Avenue views. The downside, unlike some other very expensive apartments, this one has a no-pets policy.
