Erstwhile mayor Mike Bloomberg's attempt to bring a new breed of cab to the city's streets, nicknamed the Taxi of Tomorrow, is hitting yet another roadblock. A group of drivers against the plan will be able to present their opposition (in a lawsuit, of course) in the New York State's highest court, the Court of Appeals, which will ultimately decide whether these Nissan NV200s will can hit the road or stay parked.
