Kiefer Sutherland's Old West Village Home Is Back For $20M

New, 15 comments

The stunning West Village townhouse that actor Kiefer Sutherland flipped for a $9.3 million profit in 2012 is back on the market, with a new price. It seems the Greenwich Street townhouse's current owners aren't having quite the same luck in selling the property—Sutherland unloaded it in less than 24 hours (there's a pun to be made here)—and the home that was formerly priced at $22 million has reappeared for $2 million less. The sellers have updated the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom home, even though it underwent a Steven Gambrel renovation supervised by Sutherland prior to their purchase. The most exciting thing about this relisting? A slew of new interior shots.
