Recently Renovated UES Townhouse Wants $10.9 Million

New, 8 comments

Over on the Upper East Side, right in the middle of Lenox Hill, this massive, five-story townhouse has just hit the market, and it's asking an impressive $10.9 million. The house has been renovated pretty recently and has lots of nice features, including 11' ceilings, a large terrace overlooking a landscaped garden, and a grand staircase. There is also an oak-paneled library, a master bath that takes up the width of the townhouse, and wood-burning fireplaces with carved marble mantels throughout. On the top floor, two north- and south-facing terraces flank a "Great Room," which comes complete with a wet-bar.

The current owner, Jean Marcel Rouff, bought the townhouse just four years ago for $5.37 million.
