White-Floored East Village Two-Bedroom Asks $699,000

New, 11 comments

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Continuing our recent trend of highlighting residences that are very white (or, at least, relatively white), this 725-square-foot two-bedroom in the East Village is asking $699,000 (just under $1,000 per square foot) and features solid white floors in addition to the white walls and white ceilings. It looks sort of like a nicely furnished padded cell, minus the padding (particularly the very small second bedroom/office), but not in an altogether undesirable way.
