The official start of business at the uber-reflective 4 World Trade Center has been somewhat obscured by the looming opening of its neighbor, One World Trade Center, slated for next week. As of today, Port Authority employees are going back to work at 4WTC, which means the security will be tight and most cars won't be able to traverse Liberty Street from now on.
