Cobble Hill's newest batch of condos have arrived at 173 Amity Street, a limestone structure built in 1900 at the corner of Clinton Street. The building was purchased for $4.5 million in April by developer Lonicera Partners, who are in the process of renovating its eight units, four of which were rent-regulated at the time of sale, says 'Stoner. Pre-renovation, the building was divided in half by a staircase with four units on either side, each averaging 1,400-square-feet. It appears the developers have done little in reconfiguring the building. Apartments at 173 Amity have two or three bedrooms, and those in its west half have home offices.
