Sean Ludwick of BlackHouse Development is reportedly in contract to buy the Hudson Yards strip club Headquarters, where he plans to erect (get it?) a 46-story condo-hotel tower. Ludwick reportedly payed $40 million for the property at 550-552 West 38th Street near Eleventh Avenue that The Real Deal refers to as a two-story "strip-and-steak joint" that just happens to come with 106,812-square-feet of air rights. The tower BlackHouse has planned for the site includes a 175-room hotel and 15 full-floor condominiums with a private elevator. The deal isn't expected to close until December of 2015.
