The Ace Hotel and Nomad Hotel are about to be joined by several other high-end boutique inns. The 190-room SLS Park Avenue will open next year with multiple lounges; the Park South Hotel on 28th Street is the product of a $20M renovation, and while the rooms won't open until next year, the rooftop bar is already a hit; another renovation is taking place at the landmarked Martha Washington; the new Marmara Park Avenue will open in December; and the 40-story Tommie will open in two years.
