Central Queens' Ritziest Condos Finally Show Themselves

New, 3 comments

The architect of a new Forest Hills, Queens, condo tower basically called it fit for Jay Gatsby, and here's the first chance to assess his claims. First spotted by BuzzBuzzHome, The Aston's official website has fully launched, offering a glimpse at interior renderings, amenities, views, and a sizable set of floorplans. Sales are expected to launch soon at the Cord Meyer Development project on Queens Boulevard, which houses 97 apartments that range from one- to three-bedrooms. The glassy thing, designed by Morali Architects, is expecting a lot of interest from families, and added more 3BR layouts in the later stages of construction. Amenities include a rooftop deck with barbecue capabilities and a pergola, plus attended lobby, gym, and parking. Look for live listings any day now, along with those from every other development in the city; prices was last estimated to range from $600,000 to $750,000.
