For about a year now, Airbnb has been embroiled in a fight between the Attorney General and a group of its hosts: the AG wants the company to hand over information about its users in the state, while the hosts, clearly, want Airbnb to protect their privacy, stay anonymous, and stay out of trouble. Well, Airbnb this week asked a judge to dismiss some claims in a lawsuit filed by the host contingent, which for its part is trying to stop the transmission of its personal data to the AG's office.
