Warner Music Group COO Robert S. Wiesenthal bought this five-story townhouse at 147 East 63rd Street for $9.14 million in August 2011. (These Warner Music types sure have expensive taste in real estate.) After a renovation that left the house looking not unlike most other recently renovated townhouses [edit: as an eagle-eyed commenter points out, it appears that the renovation was done by the previous owner], Wiesenthal has put the home back on the market for $10.5 million. Taking into account the
renovation and closing costs, he probably doesn't stand to walk away with much, if any, profit, so it seems like he really just wanted out. Maybe nobody told him how cool the Upper East Side is.
