David Wolkoff, one half of the father-son development duo erecting two soulless rental towers on the former lot of graffiti mecca 5Pointz, has sold his Park Avenue apartment for an even $10 million. The Observer reports that the sale, which probably won't win him any points with the artist community his new development is shunning lest he unlocks the door and lets them whitewash the joint, just hit public record. At 791 Park Avenue, Wolkoff leaves behind a 4,000-square-foot apartment with five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms.
