Bruce Eichner's soaring Flatiron condo tower is officially on the road to reality; the developer just secured $420 million in financing for the 777-foot-tall tapering tower at 45 East 22nd Street. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, it will hold 83 condos and slightly cantilever over its neighbor. Units will likely sell for more than $3,000 per square foot. [WSJ; previously]
