Write A Poem to Win VIP Access to Open House New York

The best weekend of the year is coming, and Curbed wants to make it even better for two lucky readers by giving them VIP access. This Saturday and Sunday, October 11 and 12, hundreds of sites around New York City will open their doors to the public during the annual Open House New York, and since nearly all of the events are free, OHNY sites can draw crowds and long lines. But we have a a giveaway to eradicate that problem: two OHNY passports, which let you and a guest jump to the front of the line at any site that does not require an advanced reservation. As a bonus, OHNY is also throwing in a pair of tickets to the launch party, which will be hosted this Thursday evening at the Prince George Ballroom. Passports retail at $150 and party tickets cost $75 a pop, so each prize package is valued at $300—and it can all be yours for free.

To enter, all you have to do is write a poem about the OHNY site you'd most like to see this year, and email it to tips@curbed.com. Poems are due by noon on Wednesday, October 8, and the winners will be notified that evening. Please note that winners must be able to pick up their passports and tickets at the OHNY hub in Manhattan.
