Cornerspotted: Franklin Ave. and Dean Street in Crown Heights

Crown Heights is experiencing a huge amount of new development, but the corner of Franklin Avenue and Dean Street, the location of this week's Cornerspotter, has yet to see big changes. The site is still occupied by the now-vacant Nassau Brewery, and new commenter TSkinner was the first to correctly identify the intersection. TSKinner also new the "highly-touted project recently opened down the block": Berg'n and 1000 Dean. The elevated rail tracks visible in the background threw off a few commenters who thought the image was in Chelsea, but those tracks belong to the Franklin Avenue shuttle.
