Seven years after the old St. Vincent's Hospital outpost shutdown in Hell's Kitchen, the building has been reborn as 55 condos. The Chetrit Group started the conversion work after purchasing the building in 2007, but they sold the site to a partnership between JVL Property Group, Okada Acquisitions, and West Coast developer Zion Enterprises this past June. The new owners stuck with the plans, creating units that range from 432-square-foot studios to 1,400-square-foot garden duplexes. The first listings are now live, with the least expensive unit being a fourth floor studio asking $610,000, while the priciest pad is one of the duplexes. The 1,454-square-foot home has two terraces that measure a total of 1,153 square feet, and it's listed for $2.395 million.
