Landmark for Sale

The landmarked Helmsley Building is up for grabs, and it could sell for more than $1.1 billion, or $800 per square foot. The 1.4 million-square-foot beauty straddles Park Avenue just north of Grand Central, and is currently owned by by Invesco Ltd. and Monday Properties, with South Korea's National Pension Service also owning a stake in the property.
