It might not be completely fair to judge the BKSK Architects-designed One Vandam before the facade is fully installed, but this photo from Field Condition gives us a pretty clear idea of what the finished version is going to look like. The facade features an asymmetrical pattern of limestone and glass panels, with back-pan limestone panels behind some of the glass. The limestone looks a bit duller in color than it does in the renderings, but there aren't really any significant differences. The building, which is being developed by Quinlan Development Group and Tavros Development Partners, launched sales almost one year ago. Its triplex penthouse is asking $28 million, while other currently-on-the-market units range in price from $15 million to $6.2 million.
