It sat on the market for 445 days, but the living wall-equipped townhouse at 305 Degraw Street has finally sold—and it set a new record for Cobble Hill. The house first hit the market in April 2013 for $8 million, then dropped its price by $400,000 in January, but it took a full $1 million price cut for someone to snatch it up for an even $7 million, according to a press release from Town. In addition to the aforementioned green wall—made up of 1,080 individually potted plants—the 6,000-square-foot home is super eco-friendly, and it was design to maximize light and air, which is obvious in the photos. It has four bedrooms, an elevator, a landscaped yard, radiant heated floors, and a recycling chute. The former most expensive single-family house in Cobble Hill was the $6.05 million sale of 223 Warren Street.
