ROCKAWAYS—Artist Robyn Renee Hasty and architectural firm Jaklitsch / Gardner Architects are hoping to raise $100,000 through a Kickstarter campaign to fund "Stilt City," an art community space in a vacant bungalow on Rockaway Beach Boulevard, which had been flooded by Hurricane Sandy.
