Although three of the five apartments at conversion 53 Greene Street found buyers before the building officially came to market in March 2014, its 3,150-square-foot penthouse is still up for grabs. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom duplex has all of the fancy stuff that comes with new development despite being in an older building in the Soho's Cast Iron District. Whoever decorated it took a cue from artist Roy Lichtenstein with that trippy outdoor furniture. Whether it's winning over or discouraging buyers, well, the jury is out.
