As the competition to sell pricey condos grows ever more intense, so too does the race to have the coolest, showiest, most tech-savvy way in which to show what they'll be like before they are built. There are sales offices, and then there are sales offices.: "Developers are paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for heavily souped-up scale models for uber-expensive new condo projects, pushing traditional model makers to get creative in the name of profits."
