One Vandam's $15M Duplex Penthouse Goes Into Contract

New, 1 comment

Penthouse B at One Vandam, one of Soho's highest apartments, has gone into contract for an undisclosed sum, the Observer reports. The 3,400-square-foot duplex with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fireplaces, and two terraces was on the market for slightly over a year and was asking $15 million. The BKSK-designed building at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Spring Street is nearing completion, and about 70-percent of its 25 apartments are now sold. Two of the building's apartments that have yet to find buyers are its other big ticket penthouses, A and C, which are asking $28 million and $17.5 million.
