Funny thing about crazy design features like rooftop basketball courts covered with glass domes: they are hard to sell. The Novogratz learned this the first time they tried to sell their townhouse creation at 5 Centre Market Place, and now the sucker man that bought it, Gregory Soros, son of George Soros, is learning the same thing. The 5,700-square-foot house has just been relisted for $12 million, which is a price hike from the last listing, but the exact same price as Soros first listed it for in April 2013. In addition to the basketball court, which the new listing doesn't even show (so we pulled a few photos from an old listing), the house has private garden, three full-floor bedrooms, and a home theater in the basement.
