Three months after Meadow Partners purchased Williamsburg's Rocket Factory Lofts with plans for a renovation, the first upgraded units are ready for renters. The developer put in new stone-clad bathrooms and new kitchens with stainless steel appliances, including dishwashers. All of the units are listed as "open lofts," on aptsandlofts website, but reps for the project say there are studios, one-, and two-bedroom units. Currently seven units are available, ranging in price from $3,495 to $4,650 per month. All 75 units have large windows, 14-foot ceilings, exposed beams, and maple floors. Other changes to the building include a renovated lobby, "an enhanced building entrance," and a new rooftop deck.
