Rental-to-Condo Conversion River & Warren Reveals New Look

New, 3 comments

What once was a 324-unit rental building is being reborn as a 192-unit condo building in Battery Park City. Centurion Real Estate Partners and Five Mile Capital Partners, LLC released the first renderings (h/t New York Post) of the converted building, which has swapped its old address of 22 River Terrace for 212 Warren Street and been renamed River & Warren. Rockrose Development built the 27-story building in 2001, and in 2013, the company sold it to Centurion. The new condos will range in price from $1.42 million to more than $10 million, and vary in size from two- to five-bedrooms measuring 1,061 to 4,386 square feet. Sales will launch December 1, and the first units should be ready for occupancy in the first quarter of 2015.
