The regal oak-clad penthouse that previously belonged to William Randolph Hearst has appeared on the market again much sooner than expected. In October, the Post reported that fashion designer Giorgio Armani scooped up the palatial pad in a bid to create a full-floor suite (Armani lives on the same floor). It seems the deal has fallen through as 91 Central Park West's Penthouse A is back, asking $27.5 million. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment clearly needs some T.L.C.hence the apartment's lone interior shotbut it still possesses the intricate woodwork and stained glass that adorned it in Hearst's day.
