The Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation has issued another rebuttal of the claims made by anti-affordable housing group People for Green Space Foundation (which has magnanimously extended its platform to oppose all new housing). "We are a not-for-profit, and we don't borrow money. Without this new construction, we would go broke in 10 to 15 years," said Brooklyn Bridge Corp. President Regina Myer. She continued, "The critics who have questioned our modeling don't appear to have a background in park management, maritime infrastructure or public finance." [Crain's; previously]
