The Greystone-developed condo project on the Dumbo/Vinegar Hill border known for its pinky-up wine room amenity is about to launch sales. The Daily News reports that the 25 apartments at 47 Bridge Street will ask from $895,000 for a 700-square-foot one-bedroom to $2.4 million for a 1,200-square-foot three-bedroom. The seven-story building will have three duplexes and two penthouses. In addition to its salvaged brick-clad den of iniquity drinking cellar, where every resident will have room to store their disarmingly pricey vintages if they so chose, the building will also offer a gym, an inner courtyard, a kid's playroom, bike storage, and parking. Sales are expected to launch next week.
