Dock Street Dumbo—the massive rental complex at 60 Water Street, right next to the Brooklyn Bridge—has been leasing since early October, but now, Ideal Properties has released some interior pictures, giving renters a glimpse inside the building.
All apartments will have in-unit laundry facilities, dishwashers, microwaves, and hardwood flooring, with a few having access to private outdoor space and views of the Brooklyn Bridge. When the building's 232 market-rate units started leasing last month, studios were starting at $2,964, one-bedrooms at $3,498, and two-bedrooms at $6,018, along with 58 affordable units starting at $500.
The complex features a 17-story tower, a nine-story section, and a 300-seat middle school that runs along Front and Dock streets. Move-ins start on Monday.
