ALL OVER—Ahead of Election Day tomorrow, Address Report has put together a map that breaks down Manhattan neighborhoods by political party leanings. As it turns out, the top five "Democrat" neighborhoods are Harlem, East Harlem, Morningside Heights, Lower East Side, and Chelsea, and the top five "Republican" neighborhoods are Upper East Side, Midtown East, Murray Hill, Battery Park City, and Midtown. Curious about your building's breakdown? Search your address on Address Report. [Address Report; official]

GOWANUS—The L.A.-based Canyon Capital Realty Advisors have contributed a $120 million construction loan to Lightstone Group's massive Gowanus development at 363-365 Bond Street. The loan will fund the first phase of construction for the project, which will take place on the block between 1st and 2nd streets and Bond Street and the canal. The rental building on the block will house 429 apartments, 86 of which will be offered below market rate. The building will also have a garden courtyard, roof decks, a fitness facility, and a theater room. [Commercial Observer]
