Field Condition recently got inside the under-construction 27 Wooster in Soho, which has topped out and is now having its facade installed. The 9-story, 16-unit building is designed by architects Kohn Pederson Fox and, while it is basically still a shell, will eventually be fully clad in dark gray and white metal. The units, with interiors by Thomas Juul Hansen, will range in size from around 2,500 square feet to 6,700 square feet (the penthouse). There isn't much to see inside the units right now, save for the floor-to-ceiling windows and a column or two, but that's what the renderings are there for.
