Cavernous Loft in Beyonce's Building Listed for $4.8 Million

New, 5 comments

An expansive, extremely high-ceilinged loft on the first floor of Tribeca's 195 Hudson Street has hit the market for $4.8 million, the Daily News reports. The apartment belongs to Alex Sapir, president of the Sapir Organization, the real estate company founded by his father. And while impressive and notable in its own right, what is perhaps most notable about the listing is that 195 Hudson Street is also home to Beyonce and Jay-Z, who own a unit on the seventh floor. The building also contains a number of other interesting apartments, including one owned by vodka logo Bethenny Frankel. So that kind of balances out the whole "cool neighbors" thing.
