$42M Lincoln Square PH Re-Listed; Chinatown Walking Tour

New, 3 comments

LINCOLN SQUARE—Won't anyone drop $42 million on this rather bonkers triplex penthouse at the Grand Millennium on Broadway and 67th Street? The apartment reappeared on the market two days ago with a new listing by Douglas Elliman (it seems the Town broker who previously represented the project moved. The listing is still a co-exclusive.); just two months ago the 8,100-square-foot home hit the market for the same $42 million ask in a co-listing by Town and Halstead. This go-around, Elliman's not really doing anything different. The listing is accompanied by the same pictures, and is asking the same hefty $42 million. Good luck with this one, folks. [Elliman; previously]

CHINATOWN/LTTLE ITALY—Bernie's New York Walking Tours will be exploring the neighborhoods of Chinatown and Little Italy this Sunday in a walking tour entitled "Ethnic Contrasts." Tour highlights will include the Museum of Chinese in America, an 18th-century Jewish Sephardic cemetery, the statue of Confucius, and the Italian Museum. The tour will meet at 1 p.m. on the southeast corner of Grand and Center streets. It costs $15 to attend with no advanced reservation required. [CurbedWire inbox]

Does this measure up (or is it worth more than) the city's other similarly pricey pads?

UPDATE: A tipster informs us that the listing is still a co-exclusive, and the broker who was representing the sale at Town moved on over the Elliman, hence the new listing.
