Tree Lighting Ceremonies; The Adeline 90-Percent Sold

New, 2 comments

HOLIDAYVILLE—Now that Thanksgiving is a thing of the past, it's pretty much officially Christmahanakwanzika time, and as such, time to observe festive things. On Tuesday, December 2 at 5:45 p.m. South Street Seaport will hold its annual tree-lighting ceremony at Fulton Street Seaport. Rockefeller Center's big ol' pine will get lit up on Wednesday, December 3 between 7 and 9 p.m. The latter, of course, is televised, but if standing in the cold in the company of thousands of others sounds appealing, go ahead and forget that last bit. HARLEM—The Adeline, L+M Development Partners' 83-apartment project at 23 West 116th Street, is now 90-percent sold. Sales at the building launched in January, with a new batch of larger and pricier apartments coming to market in the last few months. Remaining apartments include the $2.75 million four-bedroom, two-bathroom 11D and the $1.39 million two-bedroom, two-bathroom 12B. [CurbedWire inbox; previously]
